Do ECOWAS citizens need a visa?

No. Citizens of ECOWAS member states (including Ghana, Togo, Benin, Senegal, and others) enjoy free movement and do not require visas to enter Nigeria. They do need a valid passport or ECOWAS travel certificate. Note: Cameroon is not an ECOWAS member state.
